A Bit About Me

My name is Abbi, I trained most of my life as a dancer where health and fitness is of huge importance. I have taken my knowledge of bodily awareness and safe, injury preventative training and brought it into my teachings in fitness.

Being a fully qualified personal trainer with nearly 10 years industry experience has given me huge gratification in seeing the changes mentally and physically for people of all fitness levels.

My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout.

Train where ever is convenient for you.

I use a range of industry leading portable equipment which can be used in your home, or a local outdoor space.

I also offer a private gym space in Epsom or Oxshott with more extensive equipment options.

Group Fitness

​

You can share the session in a small group PT with friends/family, where you will still have tailored attention to suit your needs. 

(2-6 people).

When it comes to weight loss or general health then nutrition and exercise come hand in hand.

Along with our sessions I will be here to help you along the way with nutritional guidance.

Abbi is hands down THE BEST personal trainer. I am 37 and have been training with her for 2 years, in which time I have seen amazing results and have honestly never felt better.

Abbi makes all the sessions really varied and enjoyable, with lots of funny stories to get through those tougher reps 😊. I have so much confidence in my body now and have come further than I ever thought possible.

10 x 1-2-1 training sessions - £60 p/h

10 x 1-2-1 training sessions (2 or more per week) - £55 p/h

Couples / Small Group PT (2-6 people)

Online PT

No need to worry about loosing the momentum of your training when working or taking a trip away. Online works well as training can be adapted with little to no equipment on hand.
